Watercoolers Europe Launches Official Event App for WE 2026

Watercoolers Europe is pleased to announce the launch of the official WE Annual Event app, available now on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Introduced for the first time at WE 2026, the app is designed to enhance the delegate experience in Torremolinos and streamline event logistics for attendees, exhibitors and organisers alike.

What the App Offers

The app is available to all registered delegates and provides a central hub for everything needed across the four days in Torremolinos. Attendees can access the full conference programme, receive real-time updates and stay informed of any schedule changes. The app also includes a networking feature allowing delegates to message fellow attendees and schedule one-to-one meetings directly – enabling connections to be made before arriving at the event.

Digital Entry Pass

For the first time, delegates will be able to access the event using a personalised QR code available directly through the app, replacing the manual name-checking process used in previous years. This means faster, smoother entry from day one.

How to Access

The app is linked to the WE event registration system. Delegates who have already registered can download the WE Annual Event app from the App Store or Google Play and sign in using their registration details. Those who have not yet registered can do so at weannualevent.systemcoffee.pl
