Prof. Dr. Brigitte Witzer is this year’s Keynote Speaker.  Prof. Witzer, speaker, writer and executive coach has a powerful, analytical and humanistic view of business and management.  Her presentation on “Risk Intelligence” will show how  to embrace new ideas and future success.

Hydraulic fracturing or “fracking” is the process of drilling and injecting fluid into the ground at a high pressure to release natural gas from the shale rocks.  There are more than ½ million active natural gas wells in the U.S.  Europe is thought to have vast resources too.  Yet for the realisation of a major European project, a number of geological, economic, environmental and social barriers will have to be overcome.  What are the issues the watercooler industry needs to address?  Philippe Charlez from the Institut de Physique du Globe de Paris, an international oil and gas expert specialises in unconventional resources, and will help us to understand the implications of fracking on our Industry.  His presentation is entitled:  “The Energy of the Future and Resources Protection”.

The watercooler Industry began in the U.S., so Joseph K. Doss, President and CEO of the International Bottled Water Association is well placed to ask "Are we Ready for the New Frontiers ?"

Innovation has always been part of UK watercooler manufacturer Ebac’s mindset.  They will be sharing their vision with a presentation entitled; “Shaping the View of Drinking”.
