Watercoolers Europe invites all members to attend our General Meeting and Committee Meetings on October 10, 2012

WE has published the agenda for the Meetings that will be held at Hilton Istanbul Hotel.
Committee meetings will start in the morning at 10 a.m., and all Chairmen and Representatives of each Committee and Sub-Committees shall attend this meeting. These will be followed at 03:45 p.m. by the National Associations Meeting, where all Chairmen of National Associations should participate.
The General Meeting will be opened at 5:00 p.m. by Watercoolers Europe’s Chairman. Chairmen of NAs, Chairmen of the Committees, the Representatives of Supplier Committee and Co-opted Board Members should attend or be represented by Proxy at this meeting.
However, all WE Members in good standing are also invited to attend meetings as “Observers”.
