The 12th Watershow 2012 Forum took place in Moscow at the end of November.

This Watershow is the largest event of this type between national associations of the watercooler industry.  Annually, this event invites up to 350 participants from Russia, Ukraine and the CIS countries to give them opportunities to get the latest industry perspectives, to meet with colleagues and partners and to share news. This year, the Forum had 230 participants from 70 cities throughout Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan amongst others.

Alain Adler, the Chairman of WE, opened the Conference with a presentation on the current international challenges facing the Watercooler Industry. During the three days of events participants had the opportunity to visit the factories of leading bottled water producers and to take part in the Conference and “round tables” to discuss a range of topics such as the efficacy of water treatment and company and marketing management. The Forum also held a variety of workshops and a course on “Cooler repair and sanitisation”.

15 suppliers from Russia, Italy and China were pleased with the business opportunities afforded to them from the Trade Fair and several new products were presented to the participants this year.

As usual, the Gala dinner offered the participants the AquaCup Awards, the fantastic cuisine of the Tiberio restaurant as well as a splendid program and live music.
