Applications are invited for five categories and entries must be received no later than September 15th.
The European Aqua Awards were established to recognise outstanding contributions in marketing and public relations in the European water cooler industry. The contributions and achievements of water cooler professionals are especially important as they promote the industry's proficiency and creativity.
This year's winners will be announced and the Awards presented on October 11, 2012 at the 18thWatercoolers Europe Fair and Conference Gala Dinner at Kervansaray Restaurant & Night Club. Also offered will be the most famous, traditional Turkish show in beautiful Istanbul. Since 1949, this legendary venue has welcomed millions of spectators, and today its delicious international cuisine and spectacular show continue to thrill new guests from all around the world.
Every WE full member, either directly or through their National Association, has the right to enter and file an application, and there is no entry fee!
The 5 award categories are: Best Website, Best Product Innovation (open only to suppliers), Best Promotion of Health and Hydration, Best Environmental Practice/ Green Initiative and Best Marketing Campaign. One of these could win your company a treasured WE Aqua Award!
Applications will be judged by carefully selected industry Marketing and PR experts who are not entering the awards. While there are a number of factors that the judges will look at when selecting the winners, as general guidelines they appreciate the following:
● Dynamic and forward-thinking initiatives
● Marketing that promotes the industry as a whole
● A clearly conveyed message
● Effective use of colour & images to attract and hold customers’ interest
● The appropriateness of the nomination compared to its stated objective
