September is high season in Rome.  Reservations at special rates are only available until 30th June 2015 at the Courtyard by Marriott Rome Central Park Hotel (just 4.5km from the event hotel). The number of bedrooms is limited and all rooms are allocated on a first come, first served basis, so the offer may expire earlier.  (Special rates at the event venue, Rome Cavalieri Waldorf Astoria Hotel are no longer available, although you may be able to book at alternative rates.)
