Angel Springs at Facilities Show in Birmingham: A resounding success for the company

June 8, 2012

Leading UK water cooler supplier Angel Springs was present at the popular Facilities Show at Birmingham’s NEC last month of May. The annual event, at the National Exhibition Centre, brings together the best in estate and facilities management, with buyers, manufacturers and service providers set to attend. The NEC is given over to the intricacies of facilities management for the event – from sourcing water to meeting health and safety legislation.

Angel Springs, based in Wolverhampton, exhibit a stand in the main hall for the event. Exhibiting at K7, Angel Springs’ stand featured bright brand colours and popular products from its unique product range. John Dundon, Angel Springs Managing Director, said about the event: “The facilities show at the NEC Birmingham (UK) has been a resounding success for Angel Springs. With record levels of interest  for SME's (small and medium enterprises) and major blue chip companies, we are confident that our investment in this event will be more than justified."

Angel Springs prides itself on its national distribution network, which allows the company to provide locally-sourced water for bottled water coolers, and helps businesses minimise their carbon footprint.

They also have a large range of mains-fed water coolers, which filter and chill mains water, as well as a selection of time and money-saving eco boilers. The eco boilers can make up to 156 cups of hot water an hour – but only use energy when it’s needed. Unlike the traditional kettle, eco boilers only boil the exact amount of water needed, and they do it instantly, so staff don’t waste time waiting around.

The new range of Everest water coolers are environmentally-friendly, too – the first water coolers in the UK to earn a Green Energy Star rating. Everest bottled water coolers are robust, sleek and modern, with a non-spill guard and secure bottle seating. They can chill water to 2 to 7oC and are ideal for an office or workplace.

The Facilities Show took place from May 15 to May 17 at the NEC in Birmingham, and about Angel Springs’ participation at the event, John Dundon stated: "The show also demonstrated that many facilities managers are looking for a "one stop" supplier of both bottled and POU coolers. In addition, FM managers are also looking for quality guarantees from POU suppliers, with particular emphasis on the correct coolers for their particular needs, regular filter changes and sanitisations plus, WRAS approved installation standards and engineers. Fortunately, we were able to demonstrate how all BWCA members are able to provide all of this, and more. This assurance has given UK FM mangers the confidence they are seeking following some poor POU experiences in the past from non BWCA members"
