The 18th Watercoolers Europe Event was supported by its sponsors: Nestlé Waters Direct (Conference & Workshops), Sip-Well (Fair), Culligan (Aqua Awards & Gala Dinner) and OP Crate (fair bags). The Hilton Hotel in Istanbul was the venue for the successful event, which drew 21 exhibitors from all over the world, and which was visited by about 300 people.

Among the winners were: Mey Eden for Best Website; Crystal Mountain for Storm in the Best Product Innovation category; Nebesna Krinica for its promotion of Health & Hydration; Blupura for its Best Environmental Practice and IDS Aqua Service for Best Marketing Campaign. Odessa became a place of knowledge exchange and new advances exhibition, where companies from all over the world shared their points of view about present development and future challenges of the industry.
