The Joint Venture will manufacture and market water purification products specifically suited to both Indian residential consumers and business customers. Additionally, products will be manufactured for export sales by both Waterlogic globally and by Eureka Forbes in selected territories outside of India.


Through this collaboration, LDOR will work with NSF to test and certify Spanish water treatment, distribution and plumbing products to facilitate their export to North America and other key markets.


This OCS acquisition is Eden's first in Latvia and supports the international group's ultimate goal to offer an appropriate total drinks solution - including coffee, tea and water - across all of its geographical markets.
