Beata Mąkólska, General Manager of Idea & Marketing, the agency responsible for the Watercoolers Europe annual Fair and Conference since 2007, shares with us the main challenges of this event organization process.

  Do you have any funny story to share about the organization process?

• Beata Mąkólska

  The organisation process is usually hard work and there are not many funny stories. But there are a lot of nice stories. One of the nicest aspects of the process is that we always work with local people. This year for instance there were many Turkish people who helped us. I am very happy that I could meet them and I would like to express my gratitude for their assistance and support.

  What was your most memorable edition of this annual event?

• Beata Mąkólska

  For me the most memorable event was of course the one in Warsaw in 2007. This was the first time that I&M had organised the WE Fair & Conference. It was very exciting to start working with WE and I appreciate very much the fact that it has turned out to be such a pleasant and long-lasting cooperation. Over the years I've met so many wonderful people from the watercooler industry. Every year we meet new challenges but it is also a great experience.

  Can we expect some funny surprise this year as last year's wishes balloons?

• Beata Mąkólska

  This year there will be a new format for the Gala Dinner which will probably be a surprise:-) I also think that the show we've invited our participants to will be an unforgettable experience.

  Is there any special request you would like to make to the attendees?

• Beata Mąkólska

  I am very happy that so many attendees from previous years will be with us again and I hope they will enjoy the event. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them all for their trust and support and for being with us for so many years.

  What would you call "Complete Success" in this year's event?

• Beata Mąkólska

  For me, complete success is always when participants declarate that our event has met their expectations and that they would like to come to future WE Fairs & Conferences. We will do our best to make the Istanbul event successful so that we can welcome our friends and business partners next year in Berlin. I would like to take this opportunity to invite all our participants to next year's event. It will be very special because WE will celebrate its 20th birthday!
